For the third summer in a row, Dior has moved to the Mediterranean to set up a pop-up store in Ibiza. The Maison opened the doors of the shop on 25 May to display the Diorivera capsule collection, in which Maria Grazia Chiuri reimagines a series of signature codes such as toile de Jouy and the Dior Oblique motif.
Dior’s summer wardrobe includes ready-to-wear pieces such as knitwear, bikinis, and cardigans, as well as accessories such as the Caro, Lady D-Lite and Book Tote bags. D-Connect trainers, Granville pumps and Dway sandals complete the expression of these vibrant outfits.
The Dior Maison objects that stand out in the boutique are a customized scooter, an umbrella, a hammock, beach games, and a surfboard imbued with the brand’s identity. Chiuri‘s line is complemented by another Beachwear 2021 capsule designed by Kim Jones, inspired by her dialogue with artist Kenny Scharf for Dior Men’s Fall 21.
Thus, the Diorivera collection now has one more showcase in which to be exhibited, among other boutiques or ephemeral shops in Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Monaco, or Mykonos.
