For its FW20 collection, Helmut Lang has collaborated with artist PZ Opassuksatit to create a fictional land, where anyone can immerse themselves in the brand’s thematic world, called HelmutLand.
After launching his Pre-Fall 2020 range with Willie Norris, Helmut Lang has turned to the artist PZ Opassuksatit for a second time for next season. It’s called “HelmutLand” and includes garments such as graphic T-shirts and hoodies.
This imaginary place celebrates the brand’s heritage, serving as a place where Helmut Lang fans can escape and be themselves. It is inspired by iconic archive pieces featuring futuristic graphics such as the mouse mascot on a green knit sweater.
In addition, a five-minute video accompanies the collection and illustrates tutorials on activities in outer space.
“HelmutLand” is now available, with prices ranging from 150 to 450 euros, through its official website and selected stores.
