Dolce&Gabbana and Havaianas sandals: summer favourites

Brazilian footwear brand Havaianas is synonymous with iconic sandals. Since their launch in 1962, these flip-flops have become a summer and casual must-have. Now, fashion label Dolce&Gabbana is teaming up with Havaianas for the first time to launch an exclusive collection.

The four models evoke Dolce&Gabbana’s most iconic prints: on the one hand, the wild, classic energy of leopard print and the black and white of zebra print in the ‘Classics’ models; on the other, adorning the ‘Icons’ models, the intensity of the blue and white of Blu Mediterraneo majolica ceramics and the multicoloured decorations of the Sicilian tradition of Carretto Siciliano.

Each product has a velvet finish printed on the straps, the Havaianas logo in metal and an exclusive Dolce&Gabbana brooch. The packaging of the new sandals is decorated in the Italian brand’s signature style, with a mix of matte laminate, metallic prints and gold details.

Dolce&Gabbana x Havaianas will go on sale on 18 June at dolcegabbana.com, havaianas.com, Havaianas flagship shops, pop-ups and selected retailers.
