Sauce Blanche is the prescriber of musical and gastronomic talent that, since 2018, brings together these two fields with an innovative approach to create events and creative content. Sauce Session is the new digital format that proposes a meeting between a chef and an artist. This time, Sauce Blanche has brought together Batch and the artist Ganges at the Vallehermoso Market in Madrid.
In Blanche’s Sauce Session, artists are invited to perform in the kitchens of the restaurants, filming the musical session while a chef cooks his speciality. A new innovative proposal that mixes two of the most adored pleasures in the universe.
For a few days, Sauce Blanche left France and landed in the sunshine of Madrid to film the latest Sauce Session with Spanish artist Ganges at Batch, a bodega and food shop in the heart of Madrid’s “Mercado de Vallehermoso”.
The chefs Daniel and Nacho, in charge of Batch, cooked a dish based on roasted and fermented tomato at low temperature accompanied with a
gazpacho, while Ganges performed one of her latest singles, “Nunca” dressed by the Barcelona brand LAAGAM.
