Gentle Monster and Coperni launch digital sunglasses

From the union between the technological talent of Gentle Monster and the elegant essence of Coperni comes a new futuristic collection of sunglasses.

 

Inspired by 5G technology, the new Gentle Monster x Coperni sunglasses stand out for their oversized acetate silhouette. Different concepts such as speed and connections are expressed through details such as the lines that run along the temples, while the Coperni logo appears on the bridge of the glasses. The 5G BOLD model maintains the cat-eye shape and includes 99.9% UV protection.

In addition, a special augmented reality filter has been incorporated whose function allows users to connect to Instagram and virtually try on the 5G BOLD sunglasses.

French film director Alexandre Silbestein was commissioned to shoot the campaign in an avant-garde urban landscape. In this way, the singer Le Diouck and the models Louise Roberts and Jeanne Zheng teleport the viewer into a technological universe, a reference to the classic The Matrix.
