The Arsenal footballer is once again experimenting with fashion, but this time from his home turf. Héctor Bellerín teamed up with EA Sports FIFA21 during the confinement to become the creative director of VOLTA Football. Now, he presents his first installment of sustainable kits with a retro and artistic style.
The designer, who recently created a normcore collection for H&M, tells in a video how he developed 5 of his 10 classic kits and the meaning behind them. To get there, he created his fictional street football teams: United Recycled, Sporting LGBTQIA+, PermaClub, Kumbaya Union, and Atlético de Barcelona.
Bellerín transfers his entire ethical universe to the capsule through his support for diversity, recycling, and the Black Lives Matter movement. The collection is now available at Volta Football on FIFA 21.
