Maison Margiela (@maisonmargiela) has just presented a new footwear proposal for this FW18 that will make retro-chunky lovers crazy. With shapes and design that draw on the codes of the Maison, led by Galliano, the shoe presents itself as a commitment to relaxed glamour and designed for a new era of “culture shock“.
Through a futuristic and retro-sporting combination, the sneakers are supported on a “chunky” sole where you can see the air space. The upper is complemented by a strap reminiscent of the aerobics shoes of the 80s and 90s.
