Maité Steenhoudt and Nora Vasconcellos redesign adidas classics

Skaters Maité Steenhoudt and Nora Vasconcellos redesign the adidas Samba and Gazelle silhouettes. Rediscover a classic. 

adidas has just launched a collaboration with skaters Maité Steenhoudt (@clubmaiteee) and Nora Vasconcellos (@noravexplora) to update two of its classic silhouettes: Samba and Gazelle.

Maité’s Samba ADV model features a black suede upper accented with stitching finished in white and red. The three stripes appear overlapping and designed in white suede on the side. It also features complementing detailing on the heel panels in a matching cream color. For the toe of the shoe, worn red suede has been chosen.

Meanwhile, Nora’s Gazelle ADV has been released in white leather and suede for the toe and heel. Both pairs feature “Gilda” and “Nora” branding on the side and insole.

The adidas x Maité Steenhoudt Samba ADV and adidas x Nora Vasconcellos Gazelle ADV will be released on March 16 on the adidas website at a price of USD 100$ and USD 85$ respectively.
