Minimalism and autumnal colours: this is the new collection from UNIQLO and JW Anderson

As part of an ongoing collaboration with the London-based brand that has revolutionised contemporary fashion, UNIQLO announces the launch of the Autumn/Winter 2022 collection with JW Anderson. The line symbolises minimalism through simple, comfortable styling that is comfortable and fun while maintaining the British designer’s free-spirited design.

Highly functional fabrics are cleverly employed in the new collection to enhance comfort. Examples include a coat with a double-sided belt and plush trousers with zips to customise the fit. The ultra-lightweight down parka with quilted seams, the plush jacket in understated colours with zipped pockets and the turtleneck jumper in light colours feature simple, elegant designs that work well with contemporary, bold designs and interiors.

Commenting on the collection, Jonathan Anderson said: “Inspiration this season comes from some great examples of modern British architecture, primarily those with a stripped back, minimalist sensibility. The simplicity of the design is complemented by the attention to detail, which comes from the design codes of architectural minimalism.”
