Oscars 2022: the full list of winners

The 94th Academy Awards, Hollywood’s most important film ceremony, took place last night. Held at the Dolby Theatre, this year’s edition was highlighted by the great triumph of CODA. Here is the complete list of winners of the Oscars 2021.

The gala hosted by Wanda Sykes, Amy Schumer and Regina Hall was overshadowed by Will Smith’s assault on Chris Rock on stage. The presenter made a “joke” about the actor’s wife, who suffers from alopecia, shaving her head. This provoked Smith to go on stage and hit him. It was so shocking that many wondered if it was a staged plot.

In addition to this, the Oscars 2022 was full of emotional moments and speeches of inclusion. CODA took home the Best Picture award, with a total of three awards. The other winner is Dune, which accumulated six technical statuettes. Also, Spain’s Alberto Mielgo won the Oscar for Best Animated Short Film for The Windshield Wiper.
