The new collection, brought to life through a collaboration with National Geographic explorers Dr Rae Wynn-Grant and Matthieu Paley, encourages wearers to take their adventurous spirit further.
Reebok has just announced the launch of its first collaboration with National Geographic. This family-friendly footwear collection combines Reebok‘s performance and lifestyle silhouettes with design details inspired by National Geographic‘s fascinating visual storytelling around the globe.
To bring the collection to life, the sports brand has collaborated with two National Geographic explorers: Dr. Rae Wynn-Grant and Matthieu Paley, who have taken these adventure-inspired silhouettes into the wild, capturing part of their experiences. Both explorers are fierce advocates for wildlife conservation. Dr Rae Wynn-Grant is a large carnivore ecologist focusing on the ecological and social factors of human-carnivore conflict. Matthieu Paley is an award-winning photographer who has focused his efforts on regions he feels are misrepresented or misunderstood.
“Footwear is the ultimate gateway to exploration,” says Dr Wynn-Grant of the Reebok and National Geographic collaboration. “It gives us protection as we travel over new terrain, but also, over time, it often tells incredible stories about the journeys we’ve taken and the experiences we’ve had.”

Nano X1 Adventure

Inspired by the incredible environments explored by National Geographic, you can venture into the Mombo, northern Botswana, with safari-like colours and printed details on the lining.
Floatride Energy 3 Adventure
The Floatride Energy 3 Adventure running shoe takes on new meaning as this version is inspired by the world’s oceans. The first model, in unisex sizes, features colours as vivid and vibrant as the depths of the ocean, with glow-in-the-dark detailing on the heel, laces and front, as well as a graphic on the lining that depicts the sea and waves. The second model is for women, and reflects the fascinating world of the cosmos with changing colours and glow-in-the-dark details along the silhouette, as well as a lining with cosmos graphics. This silhouette features 3D embroidery, biodegradable knit and textured leather along the upper and tongue, with a design inspired by the roots and moss of the hidden city. Kids will run faster than ever in this volcano-themed Classic Leather. It comes with lava graphic detailing on the lining and outsole, plus heat-sensitive material that changes colour on the sides.
Club C Kids
These two Club C silhouettes for kids invite you to explore sea and land alike. The first pays homage to the underwater world and comes with translucent detailing on the upper, water droplets on the toe cap and sea-inspired graphics on the lining, insole and heel tab. The second model of the Club C Kids is dedicated to kids who love the outdoors. It features maps on the sides and forefoot, a leaf design on the lining and park exploration graphics on the heel tab.
Each silhouette also features a unique QR code on the tongue that transports the consumer into the environment that inspired the model. It does so through unique perspectives and immersive 360-degree videos. In addition, the children’s models include fun facts about the habitat that inspired each silhouette.
