Serpenti by Bulgari through Mary Katrantzou’s eyes

Mary Katrantzou stars in this new saga of Bulgari accessories that once again revolves around the snake, symbol of the brand. ‘Serpenti: through the eyes of Mary Katrantzou’ presents bags, minaudières and silk scarves inspired by the metamorphosis of the snake.

In the collection conceived by the Greek designer, we can find a quilted nappa leather bag in which the handle is shaped like a snake body and the clasp adopts the silhouette of its head, crowned by eyes made of precious gems. The second piece, called “Spellblinding Metamorphosis”, represents a transformation of the reptile into an explosion of butterflies.

The jewelry is hand-embroidered by the iconic artisan house Montex. To round off the collection, we find several cashmere scarves and minaudières in the shape of a snake’s head.

The most special pieces of the collection, bags and minaudières, have been hypnotically revealed in a campaign starring Natalia Vodianova.
