Stüssy makes official the collaboration with Nike Air Zoom Spiridon Caged 2

Stüssy and Nike continue their long relationship with the launch of a new capsule collection centered on two new versions of Air Zoom’s revitalized Spiridon Caged 2. In addition to the duo’s footwear options, the collaboration also includes clothing and accessories, which combine the Stüssy spirit with traditional Nike Sportswear designs.

The Air Zoom Spiridon Caged 2 that represented the high performance style of Nike Running at the turn of the century, now presented as a casual shoe, comes in two shades. “Pure Platinum/Black White” with a dark silver mesh upper and metallic overlays also in silver but in a lighter shade. In this model, the black details contrast in the heel, the tongue and in the middle of the foot.

On the other hand, the “Fossil/Black-Fossil” that are making so much noise and that stand out because of their beige mesh. The tops are totally monochromatic, except for the flat black details on the Swoosh.

Although the two pairs are very different, they have quite a few things in common. They both have oval shaped Stüssy badges on the tongues and heels, as well as on the soles.

Accompanying the shoes are three pieces of clothing and a handbag. A grey sweatshirt with Stüssy and Nike details on the left side with matching grey pants. Another long-sleeved black sweatshirt with repeated Swooshes around the neck and the Stüssy logo at the hem, and finally the handbag with Sean Stussy’s signature hand-scribbled on one side and a Nike Swoosh on the other.

The Stüssy x Nike Air Zoom Spiridon Caged 2 along with matching apparel and accessories will be available exclusively at the Stüssy web store and at Stüssy stores in Hong Kong, Sydney, Seoul and Taiwan on March 27.
