The American brand founded by Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough, Proenza Schouler, has been one of the first to present its latest Spring/Summer 2022 collection during New York Fashion Week (NYFW).
Captained by models of the stature of Gigi Hadid and Vittoria Ceretti, this collection made up of 38 looks, has once again been, like every year, one of the most applauded, thanks in part to its clear minimalist aesthetic that characterises the brand so much, but also for perfectly reflecting the island atmosphere and the values and feelings that the city of Kauai transmits to both designers.
Filled with diving and surfing motifs, a colour palette drawn from nature, made up of vibrant shades of cotton jacquard such as coral, orange or red, and a few leis handmade in Maui, this SS22 RTW collection presents the perfect looks for both day and night. Among the pieces of the collection, we have to highlight the fitted suits with biker trousers and fringes, the long and light dresses or the moccasins and sandals worn by the models.
