Christmas is here and with it comes the special releases. Now it’s the turn of adidas, which surprises with a new version of the iconic Forum Low completely customised with The Grinch.
The grumpy, Christmas-hating character that marked our childhoods takes over the sporty silhouette in an enveloping, furry green material. The shoe’s light green upper contrasts with a darker shade in the form of overlays such as the three stripes, the velcro strap and the toe and heel area. The tongue features a Grinch eye tag, and there are metallic Christmas and character motifs that can be attached to the laces for a more personalised, fun touch.
But it’s not the first time he has intervened in a trainer, he did it before with the Dunk Low designed by Cactus Plant Flea Market and also when Tyler, The Creator launched GRINCH le FLEUR* together with Converse in 2018.
The adidas Forum x The Grinch will go on sale on December 1st through the brand’s website and in selected retail stores.
