Michael Jordan has put his property in Chicago on the market for $14.9 million, bringing the price down considerably from its original price of $29 million. It’s still a little out of hand.
The recent re-evaluation comes after the documentary The Last Dance took the world by storm, giving a glimpse of Michael Jordan’s illustrious career. The property has been on sale since 2012, but interest has now been raised following the documentary’s release.
Jordan’s home is located in Highland’s Park, Illinois. He reportedly chose the location for its privacy and because it was close to his training facility and the highway. The property measures 56,000 square meters and has several references to its owner, from the main doors marked with the symbol “23” to the Air Jordan logos found on the property.
It has seven hectares and is completely furnished with evergreen trees, a forest reserve, an infinity pool, a playground, a fish pond and more. Inside you will find nine bedrooms, 15 full bathrooms, 14 half-baths and a 14-car garage, as well as a regulation-size basketball court, game room, cigar room (with air filtration), wine cellar and an exercise room. We can’t think of a better way to spend that 14.9 millions you have in the bank.
