Tommy Dorfman stars in Collina Strada FW22 reality show

The fashion of the 2000s still reigns supreme this season and now more than ever Hillary Taymour has presented her Autumn/Winter 2022 collection. The designer changed the catwalk for a reality show “The Collinas” and the narrator for the fashion girl of the moment, Tommy Dorfman.

Collina Strada’s reality show features Tommy Dorfman who plays the role of Lauren Conrad, the celebrity we were fans of on the internet in 2009. As a Conrad wannabe, Dorfman works in the fashion industry and has just moved to New York – the world is at his feet! Except in this world, the oyster must be vegan, gluten free, cruelty free and paraben free?

This season, Collina Strada is going back to the 2000s, with pleated skirts with belts falling down the hips of most of the looks, both cargo trousers and low rise shorts. Some of the trends from this era are reissued for spring 2022, such as angel-print T-shirts and the layer-on-layer aesthetic.

Dorfman’s starring role is complemented by a great supporting cast: Rowan Blanchard, Francesco Risso, Chloe Wise, Lynette Nylander, Jazzelle Zanaughtti and Liana Satenstein. During the reality show, each character wears Collina Strada’s latest collection, featuring vibrant prints and colours in dresses over baggy trousers and psychedelic hoodies.
