Voodoo returns to Madrid with Havana Club and Carhartt WIP

Barcelona’s Voodoo movement arrives in Madrid to celebrate its 44th episode this Wednesday 14th December at Sala Siroco. 

 

Devised by artist Wekaforé in 2018, The Voodoo Children’s Club, popularly known as Voodoo, was crowned by Time Out magazine as the best nightlife activity in Barcelona in 2022.

With carefully selected music sessions by artists from all over the world, Voodoo has been, since its inception, a pinnacle for intercultural nightlife on a national level. A platform of visibility for grassroots talent and a playground for veterans.

This Wednesday, Voodoo presents its revelation of the year: Hirma, a Swiss DJ and artist of Burundian origin who, after having played a couple of times at Voodoo Barcelona, took to the main stage of Primavera Sound with an enigmatic set. Hirma will be accompanied by Wekaforé and Voodoo All Star Slimboy Flacko.
