On Wednesday night, the HIGHXTAR team celebrated with GANT the opening of its new flagship store in Madrid. Located at number 32 Serrano street, the new enclave of the American firm welcomed yesterday some of the most prominent figures of the sector.
This new shop concept is in line with GANT‘s journey to become the future of American sportswear and draws on its heritage; but with a contemporary twist. The brand‘s dedication to colour and innovation is coupled with its progressive values and ambition to challenge conformity.
“This new high concept is premium, versatile and modern, but with mid-century design inspirations,” says Maria Klingh, Global Head of Retail. “The company was founded in 1949 and our aesthetic foundation lies in the new optimism and willingness to challenge the old that the mid-century movement brought.”
The 452 square metre space features the brand’s premium preppy designs, and will offer an exceptional brand experience to shoppers in the area. With this new opening, GANT increases its presence in Spain, with four physical shops located in Madrid, Palma and Bilbao, as well as three points of sale in Las Rozas (Madrid), McArthurGlen (Malaga) and Viladecans (Barcelona).
