Y-3 launches first chapter of its new SS23 collection

Y-3 launches the first chapter of its new SS23 collection: a capsule that explores the artisanal codes of sport in the Japanese spirit. 

Celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2022, Yohji Yamamoto’s brand launches the first chapter of the SS23 collection. Driven by the idea of “Artisan Codes of Sport”, the launch explores the artisan codes of team sports to celebrate the many facets of these aesthetics in collaboration with adidas.

Pieces such as letterman jackets, tracksuit bottoms, cargo, cardigans and more make their way into the collection. The capsule combines the aesthetics of both brands and incorporates accessories such as caps and trainers like the Y-3 Superstar, Y-3 Hicho, Y-3 Marathon TR, Y-3 Gazelle, Y-3 Rivalry and Y-3 Runer 4D Halo.

Y-3’s SS23 Chapter 1 will be released on Friday 13 January online and in Y-3 shops.
