In the exhibition “The tradition that runs through us”, twenty artists attempt to answer the question “How do we deal today with the tradition that runs through us and wounds us? Through works of experimental art and collective creation, the artists take a look at the past and investigate it in order to understand our present. The works are very diverse and address issues such as Barcelona’s colonial past, private gentlemen’s clubs, the rigidity of the theatrical tradition and the meanings hidden in the decorative objects in our homes.
