Ferragamo kicks off the work of its new creative director, Maximilian Davis, with the sale of his first pieces for the Italian house.

For one month, the brand will have on sale a selection of pieces from the first collection signed by the young English designer of Afro-Caribbean origin, presented last September at Milan Fashion Week.

Entitled “A New Dawn”, this SS23 pre-collection is inspired by Hollywood and Ferragamo’s relationship with the stars of those years. “I wanted to pay homage to the early days of Salvatore by presenting the culture of Hollywood, but of the new Hollywood. Its wellness and sensuality, its sunset and sunrise,” says Davis.

To get to know Maximilian Davis’ first collection in full, Ferragamo is offering a digital interactive experience on its website. In a multiverse gallery created for the occasion, you can explore the SS23 selection by interacting with the styles and their content through a dynamic video game-like journey through the Ferragamo world.

Ferragamo’s SS23 “A New Dawn” pre-collection is available until November 30, exclusively in the online store and in selected Ferragamo physical stores.
