Zara is once again moving closer to luxury. Although the Inditex group’s main brand has always resisted collaborations, it has just teamed up with designer Susan Fang for a capsule collection. 

Zara x Susan Fang launches to coincide with Chinese New Year, and will be on sale at the brand’s online shop, as well as in flagship stores in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu. The launch includes 22 women’s, men’s, children’s and accessories.

This is one of the few collaborations that Zara has carried out. In recent years, Zara has been increasingly open to partnerships with brands and creatives. In 2021 alone, the company has collaborated with Everlast and the South Korean firm Ader Error.

In September, Zara teamed up with another luxury brand, Kassl Editions, to launch a limited collection of outerwear and homewares, which went on sale at the Salone del Mobile in Milan.
