Air Force x Louis Vuitton arrives sooner than expected

First appearing last summer and then on the Virgil Abloh’s final runway, the Louis Vuitton x Nike sneaker could be one of the biggest releases of 2022. The shoe brings together the elegance of the French maison, the cultural weight of Abloh and the backround of one of the most famous silhouettes in Nike’s history.

The launch was originally scheduled for late last year, but was postponed for unspecified reasons. Despite this, the Air Force x Louis Vuitton could arrive sooner than expected, precisely in February 2022, reports resale website @Ready2Cop. The silhouette would be part of the SS22 collection, available online and in-store next month.

The designer directly stamped his own signature on the iconic silhouette. The name of the sports shoe is marked in inverted commas and can be found, for example, on the midsole. In addition, the typical monogram of the French label covers the Air Force and applied highlights can also be found on the side. The launch could include different colour combinations.
