The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York once again hosted the most emblematic night in fashion.
Under the theme Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion, the celebrities gathered in the usual enclave of the city that never sleeps to impress the world with their best looks. And they certainly didn’t leave anyone indifferent. This very morning we woke up with endless publications of what were some of the most iconic moments of the meeting starring some of the most recognized faces of the artistic scene.
Zendaya, Bad Bunny, Jennifer Lopez and Chris Hemsworth co-chaired the gala with Anna Wintour, who surprised with a floral LOEWE look after many years of wearing some of Chanel‘s most exclusive designs. Rosalia, one of the most anticipated guests of this year’s gala, was also not unnoticed, wearing an elegant Haute Couture dress designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri for Dior and a headdress by Stephen Jones.
Gigi Hadid stole the show in a stunning Thom Browne gown and Kim Kardashian dazzled in a metallic lace gown by John Galliano for Maison Margiela. Kendall Jenner wore a shimmering vintage piece by Givenchy, while her sister Kylie wore a satin beige gown by Oscar de la Renta.
But without a doubt, the most talked about moment of the night was Tyla, who on her first MET Gala date set the networks on fire with an hourglass-inspired Balmain look.
