Alexander Wang hustles hard in “Collection 2 2019”

After unveiling part of his “COLLECTION 2 2019” in NYFW SS19, we finally have now the full range of pieces out. The campaign, dropped under the name #TheWangHustle, brought German model Anna Ewers to the front line.

Presented as a modern day hustler, Anna (@annaewers) stands as a strong and empowered woman in the movie poster-style photos shot for the occasion.  All of them are accompanied by phrases like “Nothing’s more romantic than your own success” or  “She’s not a paper chaser. She’s a money maker” showing Wang’s intention on elevating the female figure in a man’s world.

The collection itself brings everyday essentials like turtle necks, blazers or leather jackets. Timeless pieces that everyone need in their wardrobe. As usual in Alexander Wang’s (@alexanderwangny) universe, offbeat creations are always a must for the American designer. In this last collection a neck-to-toe-body-con lace jumpsuit took all the attention. Accessories like python boots or branded belts will be a must this SS19.
