Apple gives you new AirPods if yours are defective

Many customers are reporting audio problems with the new Airpods Pro. That’s why Apple didn’t want to stand idly by and launched a free service program for customers with defective Airpods.

It appears that a “small percentage” of wireless headsets may have problems and failures such as loss of bass sound and increased background noise.

These defective AirPods Pro were manufactured before October 2020 and can be replaced for free for up to two years after purchase. However, the replacement policy does not cover other AirPod models.
