Finally, some normality is expected at the next Milan Fashion Week. Although many proposals will be made in digital format, some brands like Armani have decided to return in live show for their fashion shows.
And so it will be; both the Giorgio Armani and Giorgio Armani Privé lines will host live spectators who will be able to enjoy the fashion shows in person. Both proposals of the brand will see the light in the coming months of June and July, respectively.
Thus, Armani was pleased to announce its return to the catwalk. “The SS22 men’s collection will be presented during #MFW on June 21 at Via Borgonuovo 21. #GiorgioArmaniPrivé collection will be unveiled on July 6 at the Italian Embassy in Paris, both in front of a live audience.”. The latter will happen during Paris Haute Couture Week.
Giorgio Armani will not be the only brand to return to live show. Dolce & Gabbana and Etro also plan to present their runway shows in their most beloved format: live and with guests. All this will be, as we have detailed, during Milan Fashion Week, which is scheduled from June 18 to 22.
The textile sector has been one of the most affected by the COVID, so the come back of public fashion shows means seeing the light at the end of the tunnel for the fashion industry. A total of 63 brands will show their new collections for spring-summer 2022 and although many will continue with their digital proposal, the new “normal” seems to be getting closer and closer.
