Burberry sets up an imposing pop-up on Jeju Island, South Korea

Burberry raises a striking mirrored sculpture in Jeju in the middle of Sanbangsan Mountain on Jeju Island in South Korea.

Burberry ‘s new pop-up in Jeju is the brand’s first immersive experience. It is a mirrored sculpture that surprises in the middle of the Sanbangsan mountain and the south coast of this island in South Korea.

The space is dedicated to the brand’s outerwear and combines the more traditional store experience with the latest advances in technology.

This pop-up is intended to be a further step towards the growing introduction to the Asian market. With the same pioneering spirit that characterizes the brand’s founder, Thomas Burberry, the British brand chooses to blur the lines between nature and technology and reality and fiction.

After visiting the store and the observatory of the sculpture that reflects the sunlight, you can spend some time at Thomas’s Café, located a few meters from this pop-up.

Burberry has also leveraged this enclave on Jeju Island to lead positive environmental change. The brand is initiating a five-year partnership with the Jeju Olle Foundation to support the preservation of the island and continued access for the public.
