The Ganni girls (@ganni) demonstrated how powerful they are during the CPHFW show. As the models walked by, Danish pop star MØ caught the girls’ attitude with her performance that left no one indifferent.
On this occasion, the firm was celebrating its tenth anniversary. The duo of designers, who are also husband and wife in real life, were inspired by femininity. “We’ve been thinking lately about what it means to be a woman today,” says the couple.
They returned to the previously used tennis court, which is hidden in the Mercur hotel in Copenhagen. The SS20 collection serves as a meeting point between the masculine and the feminine. It features delicate patterns and contrasts between purple and green. The brown tones that add sophistication to the garments also attract attention.
Ganni not only has 10 years behind it, but also has an extensive global network of distributors and upcoming store openings in the United States. This season felt more like a celebration than anything else. In fact, the parade ended up being a big party in the rain.
