Alejandro Pitashny and Martin Loeb are the founders of this gastronomic group that has captivated the Madrid culinary scene. This is the Fayer group to which Golda and Golfa also belong.

FAYER

FAYER is a unique concept where two distant destinations, Argentina and Israel, meet. The restaurant is a meeting of cultures, even continents. On the one hand, Israeli food, based on Mediterranean dishes such as baba ganoush, falafel or hummus, and on the other, the delicious and typical Argentinean grill. FAYER’s coals are heated to grill the wonderful pasture-fed beef and seasonal vegetables, carefully selected from local suppliers. The restaurant has a wide selection of Argentine wines and renowned wineries such as Catena Zapata, Luigi Bosca and Mendel and a classic and innovative cocktail menu, in which we developed the “Cocktail of the Month” fusing a classic with Israeli spices.

GOLDA

GOLDA is a quality fast food concept combining Israeli, Argentinian, healthy and organic food. The link with art is one of its strong points, as the FAYER Group is closely related to the world of cinema, literature, writing and painting. In the store we will find very interesting photographs of Pedro Almodóvar and handcrafted pieces such as the Tajines, a kind of clay plate with a handmade lid that belonged to Elena Benarroch. In addition, the brand has collaborated with the publishing house Paripé Laminarium, who have been responsible for printing its emblematic posters by Juan Gatti. In GOLDA Malasaña you will find the secret spot of Malasaña, a cave inside the restaurant available for events, concerts and everything you want.

GOLFA

GOLFA is the night session of the restaurant GOLDA (the group’s café), a place that during the day offers breakfast, lunch and snacks with a very definite Argentine-Israeli identity. However, at night the scene changes completely, GOLDA becomes GOLFA, a restaurant where there are no limits or rules. An exclusive space that operates from Tuesday to Saturday with an offer of eclectic cuisine and a careful selection of wines with references of all kinds, both classic and natural. The menu offers classic dishes, most of which have been reversioned towards the group’s identity, with high quality products. GOLFA is a casual and roguish place, a space with a sophisticated atmosphere that responds to a bohemian Parisian style.
