HUF wraps Modernica furniture in its “Plantlife” pattern

HUF is once again teaming up its creative imagination with the high-end furniture house to create a set of items in the archival “Plantlife” print. This collection of furniture to experience those moments of high will complement HUF’s 420 capsule of clothing and accessories for green buddies.

In the midst of a scenario in which cannabis is conquering everything from cosmetics production to the textile sphere, HUF x Modernica is launching ad hoc furniture for its heyday. The series consists of a handmade chair and table, animated with cannabis leaves.

With a past collaboration in 2014, HUF and Modernica have teamed up once again to give new meaning to the brand’s iconic print, which now adorns the Californian company‘s handcrafted furniture collection. Specifically, the Shell Dowell Chair and the BASE Table.

Each design piece is unique, as Modernica‘s craftsmen have made the leaves of each chair and table individually, with the characteristic high-pressure fiber molding for a robust finish. The wooden legs have been left raw to reinforce the grained aesthetic and complement the natural paint that adorns the chair seat and tabletop.

 

The limited-edition Modernica pieces are now available on the HUF website as part of the 420 collection.
