On the occasion of the celebration of the Milan design fair, the Salone del Mobile, Jimmy Choo has teamed up with the prestigious Italian glass master, Venini, to create a unique collection of colorful vases. The perfect tandem between design and craftsmanship, to give rise to stunning creations that recall the luxury brand’s iconic diamond chain.
The collaboration between Sandra Choi, the creative director behind Jimmy Choo, and Marco Piva, the artistic director of Venini, is composed of four vases of different sizes (ranging from small to extra-large) in four natural shades (dark green, light green, amber and yellow). Likewise, this fusion reimagines Venini’s iconic ‘Polyhedron’ Murano glass lamp.
The designs, meanwhile, are delicately handcrafted in the Italian company’s Murano factory using ancestral glassblowing techniques. As a result, true works of art that capture, refract and radiate light on their own.
The limited edition pieces will be exclusively displayed in the showcase of Jimmy Choo’s flagship store in Milan, located on Via Sant’Andrea, from April 18 to 23 during the Salone del Mobile 2023.
