Ray-Ban and Facebook team up to create their first pair of smart glasses called Ray-Ban Stories. Using the iconic Wayfarer model, they create stylish eyewear while capturing everyday moments.
The glasses come in three designs including Wayfarer, Round and Meteor. Plus, they come in five colours and additional lens options that allow you to make up to 20 variations. The glasses offer the ability to photograph and record instantly with the 5MP camera and LED lights.
In order to use the smart functions, all you have to do is press a button or use a voice command. The new Ray-Ban Stories also feature Bluetooth and a 3-microphone audio matrix so users can make calls or listen to music.
“Ray-Ban Stories is designed to help people live in the moment and stay connected to the people they are with and the people they wish they were with,” explains Andrew Bosworth, Vice President of Facebook Reality Labs. Ray-Ban Stories are available now in select shops and in the online shop.
