The Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance collaboration for Spring/Summer 2020 is undoubtedly one of the best collaborations for next season. The collection searches the archives of the sportswear brand to recover the brand’s iconic shoe models. Now it’s the turn of the New Balance 827, with a new colorful, modern and sophisticated colorway, in addition to the classic Abzorb system. Green, red and navy tones stand out over more neutral, subtle ones.
The lookbook features two senior models dressed in garments from the collection and elements such as a pure or a tote full of flowers. The phrase “Runners aren’t normal” completes the aesthetic of the campaign, honouring the NB ads of a decade ago. Pure casual elegance.
