RHUDE FW21 goes beyond the creative limits of its founder, Rhuigi Villaseñor, who takes ready-to-wear to another stadium. Now the premium garments are the real protagonists. In addition, it has introduced a new line of women’s clothing developed from men’s garments.
The collection is made up of warm clothes designed on the basis of superimposed layers. Knitted pieces such as cardigans, sweaters or polo shirts are the focus of the collection. For their part, compositions based on utilitarian patterns, together with designs made of leather, are the perfect counterpoint to raise RHUDE’s aesthetics beyond ready-to-wear. The result of this symbiosis between the classy and the irreverent is RHUDE FW21.
For the occasion, it has also collaborated with McLaren in a capsule that combines the automotive culture transferred to the designer’s carefree imagination.
“My team and I at RHUDE couldn’t be more excited about this collaboration with McLaren — it’s a dream project,” Villaseñor said in a statement. “This collection will pay homage to Bruce McLaren and the iconic history of the McLaren F1 team. Inspired by the iconic paddock fashion worn by Formula 1 legends throughout history, the McLaren x RHUDE collaboration will reimagine the sport and modern luxury into an innovative and progressive collection.”
