Saint Laurent FW 21 adds elegance to the grunge style

Saint Laurent and its creative director, Anthony Vaccarello, have just presented their Autumn/Winter 2021 Lookbook with a mini collection composed of 6 looks. In this FW21 collection, as we can see, there is a clear aesthetic that predominates in it. Can you guess which one? The Grunge.

As we said, this Grunge aesthetic takes over part of the collection and the campaign, which stars Romeo Beckham, Lakeith Stanfield and Dylan Robert and is directed by British fashion photographer David Sims. The three stars are dressed in the brand’s latest looks, which perfectly reflect S.L.’s signature rock ‘n’ roll, casual, grunge yet elegant style.

The brushed mohair jumper with a slight collar, denim shorts and suede trainers worn by the Beckham number two, are the standout pieces in the collection. Also of note is the black bomber jacket with shiny sequin embroidery that Lakeith Stanfield wears in the campaign.

Lastly, Stanfield also has a more elegant but scruffy take on the brand’s signature style, wearing a tailored striped blazer with a geometric print double-breasted button-down shirt and skinny trousers.
