Samuel Ross shows us his new Vomero +5 in red

After seeing it for the first time in January, we now have a much closer look at the collaboration between A-COLD-WALL* X Nike Zoom Vomero +5 in red. Two things can happen with the Tie Dye aesthetic with this sneaker: an absolute success, or one that becomes – like the previous one – a product aimed at those who value the concept beyond aesthetics.

As for the shape the slippers retain the plastic back that gave so much to speak in the first versions of the Vomero +5 x ACW. This time the red tones take over the entire silhouette, distributing the intensity of the color randomly. However, there are areas where the red is stronger as in the Swoosh, the central panel and the piece of the heel, places where the red is more saturated. The logo occupies the same places as the first version: the toe, the swoosh on the side and the ACW stamp on the heel.
