The PaperBoy Paris x BEAMS x New Balance sneakers

After a series of snapshots were revealed earlier this month, the new PaperBoy Paris x BEAMS x New Balance 920 and 1500 Made in UK trainers are out. 

 

Designed to pay tribute to the 40th anniversary of New Balance’s famous Flimby factory in the UK, PaperBoy Paris x BEAMS x New Balance have reworked two of the trainer brand’s most popular silhouettes: the classic 1500 silhouette and the 920, one of its most recent additions.

The 1500 has been a classic New Balance silhouette since its inception in 1989, while the 920, on the other hand, is one of the latest additions to the family. It actually came out in 2020, but has already become one of the most popular silhouettes to step in and collaborate with.

For SS22 Paperboy and BEAMS give their vision to these two models, dressing them in mesh uppers with shades ranging from greyscale to sky blue with reflective detailing. Each of the sneakers sits on New Balance’s signature ABZORB midsole.

 

PaperBoy Paris x BEAMS NB920 and NB1500 has now been launched in the PaperBoy shop in Paris, but stay tuned for the online launch.
