Vans x Horror collection arrives just in time for Halloween

This season, Vans is partnering with Warner Bros. Consumer Products to bring classic horror stories to life with the Vans x Horror collection. Launching on 1 October, the designs will interpret some of the most terrifying moments.

Warner Bros. has produced the most beloved horror films for over 80 years. They have become synonymous with fear: from the terrifying twins of The Shining and the demonic characters of The Exorcist and The Lost Boys, to the maniacal minds of Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street and IT.

Now, you can relive the most terrifying moments from these films with the graphic interpretations and written messages on the Vans Era. IT‘s iconic red balloons take over the classic checkerboard and the glowing text logo of The Shining‘s Sk8-Hi, which includes a handwritten inscription on the sole.

The Vans x Horror pack menswear offering transports us to our favourite Friday the 13th scenes with the fleece jumper printed with a glow-in-the-dark hockey mask. At the same time Freddie Kruger‘s claws tear through the A Nightmare on Elm Street Ward Crossbody backpack in 600D polyester.

For womenswear, it’s all about The Shining. The film’s terrifying twins appear alongside a vintage wallpaper print on our chunky cotton baby long-sleeved T-shirt and ruffle-edged sock. The Vans x The Shining hat, with a sinister bow and embroidered “Off The Wall” logo, is the finishing touch.

Other Horror footwear styles include the Classic Slip-On; Slide-On; Slip-Skool; Old Skool and Style 47 Creeper. Women’s clothing and accessories also include the fleece hoodie; the boyfriend fit cotton T-shirt and the mini backpack. Men’s apparel includes the fleece pullover; short sleeve t-shirt; socks; 6-panel hockey cap; 5-panel snapback cap; and Old Skool III backpack.

The Vans x Horror collection will be available from 1 October 2021.
