Vivienne Westwood’s new proposal captures the essence of British punk and takes it into the future of men’s fashion.
The new collection revisits traditional silhouettes and adds a playful touch of graphics, colors and patterns that bring freshness to men’s fashion. Emblematic garments such as the peacoat and trench coat are reinvented with modern stitching and deconstructed designs.
In keeping with Vivienne’s punk essence, the offering includes classic plaid or tartan checks and stripes on sarouel pants, coats and plaid skirts. Knitted vests are adorned with barbed wire graphics highlighting the rebellious and provocative spirit, while black and white plaid prints are evident. Graphic prints are very present, as in a trench coat printed with the brand’s iconic logo over the London skyline.
