Welcome to LOEWE Paula's Ibiza SS22 hedonistic paradise

Jonathan Anderson invites us to LOEWE’s party island through the new Paula’s Ibiza Spring/Summer 2022 collection. A celebration of free spirit and a joyful attitude that imbues the garments with a Balearic nostalgia.

Ibiza, a haven for those who crave fun and sun in equal measure. A hedonistic paradise in the form of an island that becomes a perfect place for escape and which is reflected in Anderson‘s new proposal.

Gray Sorrenti has once again been chosen to capture the essence of this new story. Set in the Broner House – the former residence and studio of German artist Edwin Broner – the campaign captures the energy that LOEWE wants to convey: partying and fun in paradise.

“Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about hedonism: the fun, the party, the moments spent together releasing good energy. The collection is sexy and liberated, with the carefree attitude that is quintessentially Ibiza. It sparkles with the glitter of sequins, skin peeking through short hems, laces and cut-outs. Everything is simple, cut close to the body and easy to wear. The prints are also very bold: LeRoy Grannis surf graphics, cactus motifs and playful geometrics,” declares Jonathan Anderson.

A collection made up of relaxed outfits such as the summery silk T-shirts. Craftsmanship is transformed in the form of crochet, present in the bags and other accessories of the house, as well as in a waistcoat or in the yellow Paula’s Ibiza jumper. Glitter, sequins and sparkling details in bright colours accompany the rest of the pieces to add an extra touch of excess and fun.

Psychedelic sunsets take over the Puzzle, Goya, Amazona and Hammock bag collections. At the same time, the Anagram is presented this time cut out in canvas and leather bags and pouches. On the footwear side, the Flow Runner trainer is born from LOEWE’s textured jumpers.
