Located in the former Hotel Roma, between floors 5 and 6 of WOW Concept, this new space is conceived as a unique meeting point in the capital for those who want to live a unique gastronomic experience.
The Penthouse byWOW has preserved the rooms used for social gatherings, a recording studio and even the private room and bathroom of the former director of the Hotel Roma. Now, all these rooms are occupied by tables, where you can enjoy an exclusive gastronomic offer in different rooms decorated according to their origins.
In addition, the sixth floor has two large terraces with truly privileged views: to Gran Vía and Clavel street. Undoubtedly, the perfect place for after-dinner drinks and meetings with friends where the bars will offer exquisite aperitifs, the classic Madrid vermouths and Mahou beers.
Grupo Triciclo, a leader in cuisine and catering with a long professional career, will captain the restaurant’s kitchens under the leadership of its chef Javier Goya. To make the meal a more suggestive experience, Goya will be in charge of managing ‘four hands’ experiences that will bring together different established chefs, Michelin-starred chefs and digital culinary creators that will change every month. This December, three chefs have already been confirmed to share the kitchen with Javier: Jordi Vilá, from Alkimia; Rafa Soler, from Audrey’s; and Gemma García, from Mannix.
