JJJJJound x New Balance 990v4 are about to take the streetstyle

JJJJJound revisits the recurring patterns of timeless design to make the New Balance 990v4 timeless.

Following the latest teaser, JJJJound now offers an exclusive sneak peek of his upcoming collaboration with New Balance. In the collaborative silhouette, the Canadian brand subtly dresses the sneaker in blue and a series of technical details that elevate the functionality of the silhouette.

The shoe is constructed in a nubuck and mesh upper, creating a textural contrast on top of the neutral colorway. Other features include 3M detailing, a set of reflective secondary laces, and a molded logo toggle, inspired by the 990 line’s origins as a running shoe in the 1980s.

The design is completed with the JJJJJound identity on the heel and insole, as well as New Balance’s signature “N” logo and tongue tag.

The latest JJJJJound x New Balance collaboration will be released via the JJJJJound website on 14 October.
