LOEWE’s GRASS sneakers are now on sale

Unveiled during the Spring/Summer 2023 runway show, LOEWE’s grass sneakers have finally arrived in boutiques, kicking off the spring season (with just over a month to go).

Yes, it was real grass. The artist Paula Ulargui Escalona, was in charge of planting seeds in 42 pairs before the parade, although, of course, the ones on sale reproduce the effect through hand-embroidered raffia.

Crafted in soft canvas, they sit on a stiff rubber sole that contrasts with the rest of the silhouette. The LOEWE logo appears on the heel in gold, while the tongue features the house’s iconic logo.

The GRASS shoe is now available on LOEWE‘s website for the low price of €1,400.
