Virgil Abloh x Louis Vuitton is already here

In anticipation of the launch of the first Virgil Abloh collection for Louis Vuitton, we now have access to the preview of the pieces that will make up the brand’s SS19.

Presented at the Paris Fashion Week a few months ago, the first collection by the newly appointed Artistic Director is inspired by The Wizard of Oz and the concept of prisms of light.

The elements that connect the general collection are the extravagant chain that is applied to leather articles and the shiny tones that are a novelty in the house. Among the most outstanding pieces are the Yellow Brick Road sweater, the utilitarian vest with the monogram bag and the reinterpretation of the Millionaire sunglasses.
