After teaming up with UNIQLO on a capsule collection, White Mountaineering teams up with Mizuno to launch two new colourways of the iconic Wave Prophecy 10 silhouette.
In keeping with the minimalist style that characterises this model, Yosuke Aizawa – founder and creative director of White Mountaineering – recaptures its sophisticated aesthetic for this new iteration. The first pair features a synthetic upper and incorporates wavy lines on the side of the shoe. These details are contrasted with the greyish gradient tonality and blend in with the Mizuno emblem.
The second version, available in black, stands out for its shiny elements. The charcoal grey colour takes over the toe of the sneaker, while it blends in with the white colour as you get closer to the tongue. The black laces contrast with the white, simulating a snow-capped mountain. Both White Mountaineering x Mizuno silhouettes will be available from 8 January.
