LOEWE immortalises the culture of fame through the art of Richard Hawkins

A reflection on social media, paparazzi and the star system translated into a colourful collage collection that pays homage to the American artist.

Jonathan Anderson has done it again. He has once again conquered the hearts of all those present with a proposal for the Winter 24-25 season full of joy and expressionism, where the protagonists break with formality and devise a single look in which the pieces are intertwined. Coats meet trousers, trousers meet socks, socks meet shoes and so on. All in a vibrant colour palette where striking embroideries form delicate jacquard prints on knitwear and leather goods, resulting in truly unique works of art by Richard Hawkins.

Number 18 Boulevard Henri IV in Paris hosted the special installation designed for the occasion, where the artist continues to explore the male physiognomy through the state of the aesthetic, literary and philosophical mythologies that underpin its representations in all spheres. To do so, he employs the technique of collage and uses the provocation of juxtaposition, with which he manages to form a personal narrative of desire. LOEWE friends and ambassadors Manu Ríos, Jamie Dornan, Omar Apollo, Vinnie Hacker, Obongjayar, Loic Williams, Luke Kitlen, TAEYONG, Josh O’Connor and Stéphane Bak stood out from the giant screens on the venue’s walls, inspired by the fashion house’s 1960s window designs by José Pérez de Rozas.
